The fourth Usapang Sustainability session focused on improving feedback mechanisms for OJT students to better align their learning with industry demands. Participants discussed the reliability of existing feedback tools, challenges in post-OJT evaluations, and inconsistencies in faculty workload. Key concerns included the high student-to-coordinator ratio and the lack of standardized policies for students withdrawing due to health issues. Recommendations included refining feedback methods, improving data-driven curriculum adjustments, and aligning policies with national standards to ensure OJT programs effectively prepare students for their careers. Present in the roundtable discussion are the 25 attendees including the Heads of Career Office, OJT Coordinators, College Deans and Office of Student Affairs and Services.
